After our consultation and following receipt of your Client Brief, you may wish to progress the ideas into an actual Landscape Design Concept Plan.
It would be at this point that I would provide you with a Design Proposal Fee, which will outline the cost for a Landscape Design Concept Plan to be produced.
The cost will depend upon the scale and complexity of the brief and can only be determined after the consultation. However, typically a concept costs between $750-$1500 plus GST. This plan would specifically address the points as outlined in your Client Brief. It will provide you with clarity on how each space within your garden would look and integrate together, along with general planting ideas that will work with your environmental conditions. Upon your acceptance of the Design Proposal Fee, I would then come back to take site measurements and conduct soil testing. I would then produce for you:
One A3 colour copy of the Landscape Design Concept Plan
Digital version of the Landscape Design Concept Plan
Proposed planting style and hardscaping materials to be used
There is the opportunity to make minor changes to this Concept Plan if required.
The documentation provided will give you a lot of the information to allow you to implement this design yourself. If however, you wish for your garden design to be installed by someone else or need the exact specifications for all elements within the design, then a Masterplan would be produced. Additional costs would be quoted for this stage to be undertaken.
